Just Between Friends of Seattle appreciates your local business!  If you have a family, mom or child related business, we can showcase your product or service for you.  This will put your product in front of thousands of shoppers all in one weekend! Vendor Booth - Fall, 2009

Do you sell items or services that families need? Children's services, products or entertainment?  Products or services for Moms?  Cosmetics, decorating, scrapbooking, entertainment, restaurants, exercise, health products or great services?  Whether it is a store front business, party plan, online or work from home business - this could be for you!

The JBF Vendor Booth is an opportunity for YOU to showcase your company's products in front of thousands of Moms in ONE weekend! Book a vendor booth NOW, as this opportunity is limited!  Only one booth will be approved per company.  There may be a limit on the "type" of product approved in order to assure a good mix of products/services to be showcased.  Approval is a JBF's sole discretion and will primarily be first come, first approved whenever possible.

As a vendor, you will be responsible for complete set-up, break-down and security of your booth. You sell your products directly from your booth and keep 100% of what you make! You will be provided with one 6 foot table.  You will need to provide your own table cover (required), booth decor and chairs.

We encourage you to give away samples and brochures and to collect names for your mailing list or have your own booth prize drawing in addition to our vendor dance card opportunity! You are welcome to bring in one banner and one additional table or display if you like (which must fit within your 10' x 10' booth). 

The cost is just $175 for the entire Sale if reserved and confirmed by September 3rd and $200 after that.  This includes your booth in the pre-Sale too - which is one of our busiest times!  Quite a bargain considering mailing 400 letters would cost you more!  We put you face to face with your target potential customers - its your job to draw their attention to your booth and make some contacts!  Both of our 2008 JBF Seattle Sales had more than a thousand people in attendance and Spring 2009 was over two thousand!

The vendor fee includes one inserted coupon or business card in our Smart! Packs if provided by the vendor (see below).  We will hold booth space for you only once your payment is received.  You are welcome to split your booth with consultants from the same company, selling the same products.  You are not required to be present in your booth, however it may be in your best interest to do so.  The breakdown of your display cannot occur before the close of the Sale on Sunday afternoon.

JBF understands that sometimes plans must be changed however we do not want our vendor space to go unfilled.  Therefore, $100 of your application fee is non-refundable once approved by JBF.  Should cancellation of your booth reservation become necessary for you, the remainder of your fee ($75-$100) is refundable ONLY if JBF is able to approve a substitute vendor at least three weeks in advance of the Sale.  The primary vendor must release booth space in writing before the deadline to receive a partial refund.

At this time, applications have been approved for the following Vendor companies for the Fall 2009 Sale, all others are still welcome to apply!

Smart! Packs - Now closed for the Fall 2009 Sale - Signup early to be included in the Spring 2010 Sale!

JBF Seattle is excited to offer your special offer in our Smart! Packs to be distributed to the first 500 shopping families this fall! **NEW for Fall 2009 Sale** - we will be introducing our JBF Promotional Offer Sheet - a collection of all the offerings in our Smart! Packs duplicated onto one page to highlight your business to more of our customers!  These fun and eye-catching fliers will be available throughout the Sale and once the Smart! Packs have all been distributed, we will continue to get the word out about your offers by placing these in each shoppers' bags! This increases your ad power by thousands of shoppers!

For only $60 your business can be in the JBF Seattle Fall Smart! Packs.  Smart! Packs are inserted (in advance) into the first bag given to each shopper (so they're sure to be in there!)  JBF will also include five $25 Gift Certificates for shopping at the next JBF Sale in random Smart! Packs to encourage folks to open them up as soon as possible.

Also NEW for the FALL 2009 Sale - More ways to SAVE BIG!The Seattle-Tacoma area JBF Sales can help you promote your family friendly business at one, two or all three JBF Sales in the Seattle-Tacoma area!

Your business can be in the JBF Smart! Packs (Seattle) or Coupon Clutch (Tacoma and Seattle East) at a low cost of:

  • $60 for one Sale

  • $100 for two Sales or

  • $140 for all three Sales!

You provide 500 fliers for each Sale and arrange to mail them or deliver them to the first Sale that you will participate in by the deadline listed.

We’ll take care of getting 500 fliers to each JBF Sales’ shoppers and also add your info to our “overrun” promotional sheet which will be distributed as soon as the first 500 fliers are gone!

Ad Exchange

JBF Would love to partner with your local storefront business! To qualify, you must have a high volume, family friendly business in the Renton, Tukwila, Burien, Bellevue or West Seattle area.  Just distribute a minimum of 500 of our cute postcard sized fliers to your customers before October 1, 2009 and we will insert your business' fliers/samples/coupons in our Smart! Packs for FREE!
